1. What is Alpha phase？

• The Alpha phase marks the inaugural release of the Quaere App exclusively to our Genesis Pass holders.

1. When does the Alpha phase begin?

• Alpha phase starts on December 11, 2023.

1. When can I unstake after staking?

• Unstaking is available 15 days after each staking period begins.

1. What does multi-card staking mean for Genesis Pass

• Multi-card staking allows users holding multiple Genesis Passes to stake them simultaneously on the platform, enabling them to gain additional benefits and rewards.

1. Can I stake different types of NFTs?

• Yes, you can stake different types of Genesis Passes. The platform will calculate benefits and rewards based on the quantity and types of Genesis Passes you stake.

1. Why stake in the Alpha phase?

• Staking during the Alpha phase activates the permanent Diamond membership level in the Quaere App.

• Please be aware that to qualify for Diamond membership level privileges, you MUST stake your Pass before January 5th, 2024, at 3:00 PM (UTC).

• Rewards for staking can be claimed every 7 days in the Quaere App.（Non-iOS users can claim your staking rewards on the Quaere website.）

Rewards are distributed on a weekly basis. You can claim them once you've staked for a full 7x24 hours, and the expiration period is also set at 7x24 hours. You can check the staking rewards information on the Quaere website and claim your rewards within the Quaere app every week.

1. What happen if I unstake my Genesis Pass?

After you unstake, the NFT will be returned to your wallet.

(However, currently, one account can only be linked to one wallet. So, if you move the NFT to a different wallet after unstake, you won't be able to stake it again under the current account.)
